Noticeboard

COVID VACCINE Update 12th May  2021 We are vaccinating our cohort 4 and cohort 7 patients during the weeks 17th-21st May and 24th-28th May.

We may extend our vaccination groups after the week of 24-28th May but await instruction from the HSE. If we do extend our vaccination groups, application forms for the vaccine will be made available here. Please check in regularly for updates.

Please do not phone reception to enquire about your application as reception staff have no access to the vaccination appointment system and are unable to advise you. You will receive a text to notify you of an appointment time if you are to receive the vaccine in The Cedar Clinic.

We recommend all patients to register on the HSE portal for the vaccine when advised by the HSE according to your age group. This is even if you have applied for the vaccine in The Cedar Clinic, as you may not qualify for the vaccine in the Cedar Clinic due to the number of applications we have received. If we call you for the vaccine, please cancel your HSE application then in order to free up a space for someone else.
